221122 tn?1323011265 t been sleeping right, like 3 or 4 hours a night with a short nap in the afternoons. As far as being out of shape, my out of shape is out of shape. Been trying to eat right, exercise more, but when I walk outside and its 105 with the heat index, I run ( ok walk ) back inside and plop down in front of HGTV. Time to break out the old Richard Simmons DVDs maybe?

Because working out usually gives people more energy - it's normal to experience tired muscles but it's a pleasant tiredness. Avatar f tn Why is it that i easily get out of breath and feels like my heart is gonna jump out of my chest. i have had ECG done before but the result is normal. I do taekwondo too, if they ask me to do 10kicks continuesly alternating my legs, feels like im gonna die after i do 10kicks. my husband says i am just out of shape, am i? or is there more to it? Avatar m tn t have an hour in a day to yourself to work out than your out of balance. When you take the time to work out you will have more energy throughout the day and be more productive. And eat healthy as well. If your 30 lbs over weight that is DEAD weight your lugging around all day long and don't have the strenght and endurance to do so on top of that. Take control and do the right thing.

I take Lipitor and LD aspirin; my cholesterol is under control and at decent levels My blood pressure was borderline high in the past and I have been taking quinapril for a while now. (max dose). My blood pressure was better at ~ 120/90. I also take bupropion xl and was taking olanzipine.

Also a lot of people think im not "big " like apparently i should be . Everyones body is different right ? and im a ftm mom some take longer to show right ? i shouldnt be bothered by it if my dr. As you get in better shape, you will notice that your maximal intensity of the workout will become higher and you will get back to your resting heart pace quicker. Over time, your resting heart rate may go down also.

Using a food logger was a real eye-opener for me; I didn't realize just how many calories I actually consumed in a typical day and I certainly didn't realize just how bad carbs are for you.

I looked at Carmen Electra's aerobic striptease DVD but it got bad reviews. People said it wasn't much of a workout but they did feel sexier doing it. I also saw the Girls Next Door video and that one got better reviews, people said they were sore from the exercises. But it doesnt have any stripping or anything like that. Does anyone know of a good sexy workout video??

I get so bored doing my workout videos and dance videos and strength training in my living room and it's over 90 degrees out lately so I'm too uncomfortable for walks. Before pregnancy I did turbo fire which was great but I'm so out of shape now I'd die of I tried it. So what do you suggest to get moving?

I took an hpt just to see what it said and it was neg but the night before I remember drinking a bottle and a half of water so I don't know if that had any affect on the test.
Avatar n tn Hi Oceanminded. I am a 28 yr old male who played D1 sports and had been very active until 2 years ago when I started to get very chaotic rythms. I had an ablation and I'm not sure it worked...I still get PAC/PVCs all the time and some exercize induced episodes that are pretty scary. I play light tennis now but that's about it...still can't get the traumatic experiences out of my head even though the doc says I'm fine.

If you have a cardiovascular, pulmonary, or are a metabolic disease patient, diabetics, or obese, or have orthopedic limitations it's not for you. It won't build muscle or strength. it takes self-discipline and dedication.

I also heard that a month of cardio workout can lower someone's Heart rate as much as 20 beeps per minute. So my question is, could it be possible that the workout lower my Heart rate? Thanks all.
