Try walking (or other activity you enjoy) and yoga for exercise. Walking burns fat, as long as you keep a good brisk pace for at least 30-60 min. Yoga helps build muscle (which burns fat) and is great for toning. You can do a google search for different yoga videos, that you can watch for free, in order to learn how to do it.

Avatar f tn I've heard a few different opinions on what time of day is best to workout but honestly, the best time to workout is whenever you have time to fit it into your schedule! Personally I workout at all different times. Sometimes I have time to kill in the morning and have enough energy to get in at least a half hour of some kind of cardio (it's rare though because I am not a morning person AT ALL either lol) Other times I do it late at night.
