It will take a heck of a lot more than a week for your abdominal organs to return to their proper size and location. Stay hydrated and start gently getting yourself into a routine of taking walks a few times a week. Don't start drastic diets or trying to force things back in place with constrictive clothing, don't start any crazy workout routines.
1339244 tn?1279721938 I noticed on Saturday (my gym day) I had developed a heat rash on my chest where I usually sweat the most during a workout. Not really sure of a solution. I do know I usually wear a loose tank top when exercising but recently started to wear a fitness shirt with sleeves so that may be part of the problem. Loose clothing may help prevent it. I ignored the rash (didn't scratch it) and it was gone after one day. I am going to the gym tonight and I am wearing my fitness shirt.
Avatar m tn First, this problem has happened on several occasions. After a "sweaty" workout for several hours, I always seem to break out in some kind of rash. It looks like a bunch of BIG pimples. They are red and typically have a white or clear head on them. In a couple of days, they always seem to clear up with no medication. I have them as I am typing this as a result of playing 36 holes of golf yesterday in 90 degree heat.

Avatar m tn I have started to workout, but I was loosing the weight before hand. When I workout I mainly lift weights so I expect that I should gain weight rather than loose it right? The weight loss has been pretty drastic. A couple of months ago I was about 240ish pounds. Then I dropped down to 225 pounds. At that time I wasnt really eating, as I didnt have an appetite. Then, I was making my self eat. I would eat a lot as well. My weight would go up to about 227 pounds then go right back to 225.

Avatar f tn I really recommend pregnancy yoga in your 2nd and 3rd trimester, before that aqua aerobics, swimming, normal yoga and Pilates, gym workout, light jog, stationary bike and cross trainer, anything really as long as you are feeling well and comfortable doing it.

A couple nights ago my body started aching and I just thought it was because of this workout that I'm doing because it is pretty intense. So I go to sleep and keep waking up throughout the night and the next morning I have an extremely bad headache, my entire body aches, and I have a cough.
Avatar m tn About 10 days ago I started developing tender skin on my right thigh and left hamstring. It almost felt like a sunburn and hurt when clothing moved or being touched. There are no visible signs or rash on the skin at all. It stopped hurting on my legs and transitioned to my forearm, stomach and back. Those areas are no longer sensitive. About 2 days ago is started hurting under both my armpits and now only down my left tricep. I also developed a pretty bad cold sore this week as well.
