I'd avoid them all. They all have things in them that are unhealthy. You don't say if you're male or female -- if you're male, yeah, you could use more weight, if you're female, you're not that far off at that height. If you want to add size, there are two ways to do it in a healthy fashion -- eat more, but keep eating healthy food -- just eat more of it. The second thing to do is resistance training, which builds muscle.
