Italian seasoning 1 T. dry minced onion ½ t. dry minced garlic 1 ½ t. dry parsley flakes Pour milk over melba toast. Mix together all ingredients. Form 18 meatballs. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 min. Pour spaghetti sauce over meatballs. 3 meatballs per person. Yum! Serve with a tossed salad.

Ground turkey instead of ground beef, whole grain pasta instead of white pastas, high protein cereals over high sugar cereals) Small adjustments add up to big changes. I hope this helps.

Add the carrot, onion, celery, garlic, paprika, bay leaf and some salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 3-4 minutes. Add the chicken stock/broth and scrape up any brown bits on the bottom of the pot. Add the hot sauce and crushed tomatoes, and bring up to a bubble. Simmer for 8-10 minutes to let the flavors come together.
Avatar f tn i eat tons of fruit....tons of RAW vegetables, yogurt...for meat i eat turkey sausage, turkey bacon, salmon, ground chicken and i get cheese and snacks at vitamin cottage. i like this almond jalapeno cheese, it's much better for you. i snack on whole fruit roll-ups, z bars and almond crackers. this diet plan has stuck with me long after i have been clean and it is working out great for me. i feel terrific.

(of course fresh is best, but frozen is easier because I don't have to worry about them going bad if I DON'T use them immediately) Organic is even better if you can find them. I cook up a portion that will last a couple days, then heat it up a little and grind it over the next two days.It even grinds chicken! Its dishwasher safe, but rinses easily if you wash it right after using. It is just the neatest thing.

This is a great, healthy recipe made with ground turkey breast and I'll use whole wheat spaghetti. I get so tired, though, I may make the meatballs today and the sauce tomorrow. We'll see. Isn't it funny how sometimes the thought of chopping onions, bell pepper, celery, parsley and other herbs just seems like too big of a job?
