The more they are cooked, the less nutrition you will get from them. Fresh and tender vegetables cook quickly and do not need a lot of seasoning and spices to taste good.

By simple I mean pretty basic stuff that doesn't have a lot of spices or prep time and is inexpensive. I think if you just make sure to eat regular meals, healthy snacks and keep that calorie count over 2100 then you should be fine. You should start to put weight on in your second trimester no matter what because the baby will get bigger as will your uterus and the amount of fluid around the baby. If your eating a healthy balanced diet I wouldn't really worry about it.

As long as there is a protein and a vegetable on her plate you can feel good about what you are giving her. I often eat fewer than 2 "meals" a day (and one of the meals is sometimes a handful of chips or a piece of fruit), so I really need foods where every bite counts I have an illness that causes chronic fatigue, so I can't do much prepwork, but if it doesn't taste at least okay I won't eat anything. The bad thing about that stuff was not only did it taste auwful but it made me really sick to my stomach. So does the herbalife share the same nasty effects? Did it put weight on you evenly, and did you have to exercise? Did you eat well? Once you got to you're desired weight how did you stay there?

Avatar f tn I use a stationary bike I recently started eating very healthy meals, watching my portion size, and stop eating by 5pm. I have lost 20 pounds in 2 1/2 months I have fruit for snacks, I freeze yoplait whips for snacks, tastes like ice cream, when I get a craving I eat shelled peanuts one at a time, and chew really well, and in about 10 nuts I've passed my craving. Drink water instead of diet drinks.
