Avatar f tn Shepards pie with some veg in it, broccoli and pasta bake, homemade soups, fish and let them dip I'm egg then breadcrumbs and bake in the oven, make your own pizzas they can have some fun decorating them but go very light on the cheese... If you let them cook some meals with you it gives them an interest in food and educates them on healthy eating too - good luck.

I can eat healthy all day long, then at the end of the day cave completely. I can't let myself ignore my hunger breastfeeding or my supply will completely diminish. I've been eating a good breakfast, good lunch, a snack between lunch and dinner, and then dinner, and a snack later on. I'm having SUCH a hard time eating healthily.

Avatar f tn I'm not a full vegetarian so I get protien from dairy. Beans good source. Nuts too. About 10 yrs ago I started eating fish too. So now I don't eat meat like chicken beef or pork. I eat a lot of vegetable soup to maintain/ lose weight. Plus drink tons of water. That helps food cravings.

Just fish etc. I am just saying that small meals often is the way to go with hypoglycemia.This eating regime helps my sugar stay level and not low, but if I stress the sugar drops and ginger helps me.
