So I get to the gym quite often at 1 AM or 2 AM and when
I can fit it in.I finally broke down and got a pre-
workout with creatine in it because I just can't get all my responsibilities done and fit in the gym also. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to make the creatine pre-workout powder a little slower acting or less powerful mix it with more water maybe or I don't know what that's why I'm here asking LOL.
