zantac uses

I ran out of the 75 mg of zantac but I have equate 150 mg its the same thing as zantac but just the.generic brand. Is it ok to take that?

Has anyone ever taken Zantac? My doctor told me to take that everyday instead of taking tums b/c they are pointless, but I kinda don't wanna take medicine.

Has anyone taken zantac during pregnancy for heartburn? I'm 22+5 and have heartburn almost every other day. Sometimes it's so bad that I just want to sleep so i don't feel it.

Does anyone know if you can take Zantac 75 during your first trimester for heartburn? I took it with my first pregnancy, but it was a lot later in the pregnancy. I am dying here, and need a fix.

usually greasy, fried, spicy foods are the usual culprits try those and if you still get it chances are your just gunna get it and try finding things to sooth the symptoms like tums or zantac but you def need to consult your doctor before adding any meds, they may also have some suggestions for you

t have insurance, and the nurse practitioner just used the little light thing that a doc uses to peer into my eyes. She asked if I had vision loss or blurring, and I told her no. She thought it could be allergies, said to take drops.. but I don't know for sure which ones. I am trying decongestant and antihistamine at bedtime in cased sinus is secretly the problem. I am worried ...and the eyes don't itch or water like they have in the past with allergies that I would take drops for.

I took Zantac because I had gastritis symptoms. Now I hear that Zantac causes cancer and wished I never went to pills for relief. How long does it take for cancer to appear after you've taken Zantac? I've heard the NDMA in Zantac causes full body cancers in every organ.... This seems like a intentionally made drug to induce cancer.

Hi......Zantac is not an antidepressant it's prescribed for heartburn. Is there another medication she's been prescribed that maybe you got confused with the Zantac?

my daughter uses the solutab, you cant really give a ton of water to an infant. you could ask the pharmacist. i think the tabs are easiest, just pop it in and they disolve.

I had a similar reaction to carboplatin in April. My Dr. now uses a desensitization procedure and I have continued to receive carbo without difficulty. I'm sure there are different protocols but mine is as follows: 20 mg oral Decadron night before chemo 20 mg oral Decadron morning of chemo 50 mg oral Benadryl morning of chemo I believe I receive the usual IV premeds: decadron, zantac, kytril, benadryl The carboplatin is infused VERY slowly over about 8 hours.

Go pick up zantac 150 or 75 mg. If 75 mg take 1 pill twice daily and then take tums as needed. Zantac should prevent the heartburn but if it doesnt work on occasion take tums (i normally take 4 extra strength tums or 2 ultra strength at a time) I was prescribed zantac 75 mg twice a day with my first baby and told to take tums if for some reason zantac doesnt help so its perfectly safe!

Im pretty sure it's are the most safe and u can take up to ten a day. I take zantac sometimes but most of the time I just deal with the heartburn.

So I bought some OTC zantac like my doc suggested today only to get home, takeone, and realize I accidentally grabbed the 150mg when I was only supposed to take 75. Is thus a major issue I should call in to the on call Dr about or just let it go?

I've just started taking zantac, and I don't know if I'll have any side effects, or if my regular symptoms (stomach pain, upset stomach) will become apparent or come back. My question is this; if I get nauseous, stomach pain, upset stomach etc. as a side effect or other, can I take tums to calm my stomach down? Or will it just make things worse? I can't talk to my doctor because (a) don't have an appointment and (b) am too young to drive there or get an appointment myself.
