Avatar f tn I need a good workout plan for me without having to visit a gym. Are there any good, trustworthy and up-to-date sites that I can save to keep going back to do these exercises over and over each day? Or would anyone have any suggestions on where to begin?
Avatar f tn Thanks, i plan on to. My dr said to .
Avatar m tn For the last 4 years I have been lifting weights and trying to following a low carb diet plan. My day starts out at 0400 when I hit the gym for my workout. At this time in the morning my BGL is usually 103-113. After my workout my BGL is about 15-20 points higher. Is this normal??
Avatar f tn Yup, it's completely fine to jog. My doctor told me to stay as active as possible because in her words "you wouldn't run a marathon without working out first, right?" That's what she compares labor to the extent of running a marathon. Just make sure to stay hydrated.
Avatar m tn That is why I am starting a mild workout plan that will help tone the muscles under the skin and fat. I will slowly ease into more weight lifting as the fat to muscle ratio becomes more even. The reason I chose this workout is because it targets the biggest muscle areas on the body (Chest, Back, Legs, and abs). Once I lose more fat, i will start branching off into smaller subsets of each category and target other muscles more specifically.
Avatar f tn I had the sharp pains in my 2nd trimester without exercising much. Its the ligaments stretching and i think my little bub was kicking a nerve. I didnt have pressure. Email or call your doc just in case.

Avatar f tn m thinking YWCA, or similar. First thing you should do is get a workout partner. Nothing makes you stick to a plan like a partner that wants it too. The local gym/YWCA may have fitness classes and or exercise plans designed for your needs. Check it out before you get discouraged.
Avatar f tn I ate low fat/ no fat and drank 3 Liters of water a day and did a 30 minute Taebo workout Monday through Friday. I had a baby and gained 120lbs and didn't really change anything. I was 249 when I delivered and now I'm 175lbs and I have been trying to get the rest of the weight off. I am wanting to lose another 40lbs and nothing seems to work. I thought it might have something to do with having my gallbladder removed three years ago.
Avatar f tn You should have to create your workout plan before going to the gym. You should be result oriented for you to achieve it. Take a before picture to be your guide. Try to have a gym buddy to have company on your workout and be motivated.
Avatar f tn Does anyone have a workout plan for post c section. Just trying not to over do myself.

Avatar n tn They usually think that carbs are the reason why people get fat and totally left it from they daily diet plan and become prone to the diseases. Although carbs are good if you take them in balance and do routine workout. Carbs are healthy and help fight diseases. Carbs keep you going all day long. Without carbs people could exhaust totally only after some hard work. But still carbs are bad?
Avatar n tn I wanted to know of anyone goes through this as well. After every workout I spot. Sometimes I get cramps. Most of the time I don't. I hate the spotting but have learned to see it as normal. Is it normal? I'm 22. I would say I'm in good health. I used to jog 4 miles daily. 2 or 4 miles I spot anyway. Does this happen to anyone else?
Avatar f tn It is good to get an advice from you attending gyneacologist to know how you can plan to reduce weight without having much post delivery problems. You need to focus on strengthening the abominal muscles. Also plan on a balanced diet rich in fruits and vetgetables. Keep drinking a lot of water as to combat the increase need due to lactaion. Adequate sleep and rest to body is also important. Keep updating on your progress and take care.
Avatar m tn Hello, For the past 3 weeks I've been suffering from random muscle twitching and tremors that occur mostly in my legs and arms. It happens throughout the day and especially at night, where I also get muscle shocks that move my entire arms or legs. There have been many days where I couldn't get any sleep, and I feel tired during the day as well. This happened after I've been doing bootcamp/crossfit classes for an average of 5-6 days a week.
