Skulleton I am in need fo a good diet plan. I have been working out for years. And I think what I am missing is a good diet plan. I am not very good on diets. But if I find a good one I know I can follow it. I workout very offten but I just need a good diet that will give me good energy. Can anybody suggest a good diet for me??
Avatar n tn We don't really do diet plans, but you can do that via the Diet Diary app... it will help you figure out the number of calories you need/day, plus the amount of protein, carbs, fat, etc... Focus on lean protein, healthful fats, veggies...

Avatar m tn It's not just exercise! it's diet and exercise! try the Dash Diet as for exercise if you can get in 3x a week every other day of strength training and 5-6 days of cardio. that would be good. first thing is to get the OK from your doctor!! should you want a workout plane check my journal.

Like I said I've been disciplined and going every day, but I'm getting discouraged because I don't see my body changing.. Avatar f tn I exercise 6 days a week, and keep control my diet around 1500 - 1800 cal per day. I am a active woman in 41 & 165cm. I have started my exercise and diet plan almost 3 years, at the first six months, I lost from 140lbs to 118lbs (all time low). And I keep working hard but my weight is going back and off, around 120 - 125lbs. Recently I start the wii game (Active), and do more weight/resistant training in my daily exercise.

Avatar f tn m thinking YWCA, or similar. First thing you should do is get a workout partner. Nothing makes you stick to a plan like a partner that wants it too. The local gym/YWCA may have fitness classes and or exercise plans designed for your needs. Check it out before you get discouraged.
