Avatar f tn As for me I took a wonderful hot shower, sat in the lounge, watched TV and tried to style my new hair cut. That was enough workout for me. I had a good time, and I really needed it. One of these days I may even attempt a more traditional workout.

Avatar n tn ve been seeing a trainer and he says the best way to lose body fat is to walk at an incline (like 13) and at a pace of 2.9 he says try to do this 4-5x a week for at least 30 min ( I aim for 45 min) we also do weights 2-3x a week as we'll. and of course we all know watching what we eat which is the hardest for me, I train so hard then come home and eat crap and it pretty much wipes out my entire workout!
Avatar f tn I love it personally because you can see how many calories you have burn when you finish doing a workout but you will need to add your weight, height and age for the calories function can work........
Avatar n tn You can lay on your back for a small amount of time, i sometimes does off in this position for maybe 15 minutes or so. The reason they say you cant lay on your back after 21 weeks is because the placenta is so heavy at that point that it pinches a nerve in your spine, as well as cut off a small amount of blood flow, which alot of women find means tingling in the legs, or numbness, and can cause fainting and/or dizziness.

Avatar n tn You are probably not going to lose weight at first. You're replacing fat with muscle. It takes some time for the weight loss to occur, but it is mostly the result of changing your diet. Change to low carb, high fat and protien diet. Get rid of sugar and gluten.

Avatar n tn You'll need to find a practice with MDs or midwifes who are known for supporting vbacs, of makes some practitioners nervous but is definitely possible. Just make your wishes well known but because of the precious sections and risk for hemorrhaging make sure you have a good facility for delivery in case a section were to be needed again. Good luck with everything!!! I've known many successful vbacs so I hope the same for you!!

Avatar f tn t, you at least got a shortened version of your workout into your schedule and you can try a full workout the next day instead. If it works for your schedule, exercising in the morning has the advantage. Getting it done as soon as you wake up means it's out of the way and you don't have excuses as far as stress and fatigue from your day. As an added bonus, exercising first thing in the morning can help give you a burst of energy to start your day properly.

Avatar m tn Read a lot, it seems that certain surgeons cut the nerves in the process, yes cut, not accidentally damage. Looking for a surgeon who can re-attach nerves if possible after being cut 10 years ago. Willing to pay whatever it costs to get my life back.
Avatar n tn Walk at least 20 to 30 minutes per day, every day, whether outside (depending upon conditions) or inside around your living area from room to room. Cut out all sodas and other sugary drinks. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Do not go on a severe diet, but cut overall calories. Anything made of grain should be whole grain.
Avatar f tn It doesn't induce labour, it's just meant to prepare your uterus for effective contractions - it's basically to make your uterus healthy :) I've used it for all my pregnancies, so nothing to compare it to, but my births have been natural and enjoyable :D
