think antioxidants, aloe vera, vitamins, lots of water, fruit, veggies, olive oil, and exercise.
antioxidants are very high in pomegranates and grapes.
but if u really want to gain weight, i suggest you do it by upping your carbohydrates, coupled with exercise of course. eat more bread, rice, potatoes, without compromising on the fruits and veggies.
