Pal online and had my calories adjusted to 1280 a day, according to my height, weight, and losing a pound a week. In the last month, I have gained another two pounds. I am beside myself with grief. I never consume all of the calories gained through exercise. I was going to allow myself one cheat day a week, but have only taken two, the entire month, because I was not losing.
