Shaving my legs the other day was just a nightmare ha! On that note... maybe tmi but would anyone mind sharing how they manage to maintain their bits now theyre pregnant?? I havent got a look in im so huge haha!

Avatar f tn i was also suffering from the problem of gall bladder stone so i went for cholecystectomy few month back ...but i now i have gain weight around abdomen mainly in lower abdomen....my calorie intake is normal ,i take more fludis and my BMI is 24 .i regularly do 45 min walking in morning and yoga .pls tell me how to get rid of this fat from abdomen area.and is this due to the cholecystectomy surgery that i gained weight in abdomen ? will i get rid of this or not?

So I'm a good fifty pounds overweight and I've been working on losing it. I lost all my pregnancy weight and was working on a plan to get back to a healthy weight before I got pregnant with number two. BUT surprise I'm pregnant sooner than expected!

Since I stopped, at first I was slightly tired but for the past few weeks I feel exhausted. At first I thought it was something else but now I think it's not working out. Has anyone else experienced something like this where you feel light headed and get headaches and are it's constantly tired.
Avatar f tn I was in the same boat!! Lost 37 pounds and found out I was pregnant!! Talk about heart broken!! And I have gained evey pound back!! But I'm getting a very special gift from it.. My first child!! Who I wasn't ready for! Lol.. So now I get to start over!! And push harder!!

I'm hoping it works. Either way it's very relaxing and relief a lot of pain while sitting on there. Anyone else use one or planning to use?
547512 tn?1273245025 few weeks ago I had a mc at 6 weeks and I am going to try soon again. i allways love fitness and I was going to gym or running outdoors everyday. when i found out I was pregnant I stopped and I just swam. Now that I am trying again I am a bit confused whether is good or not exercise. I like to run but I dont know if its good for fertility or even if i became pregnant and I dont know it yet. Please if anybody know anything about this matter I would appreciate any kind of advice.
Avatar m tn A food diary can help with that a lot. Eating healthier now will help you a lot as you get older. Little changes like walking instead of taking the bus are always helpful & cardio is truly awesome. Too much muscle building may be bad, but that doesn't mean you want to neglect strength training either. If you do weights, focus on doing more reps with lighter weights instead of pushing the limit with more weight.
Avatar f tn If you have concerns with fitness it is always good to ask your doctor. Everyone is different and everyone goes into pregnancy with different levels of fitness. When I was pregnant with my first I trained and played tennis throughout the 1st and 2nd trimester and I ran constantly.
Avatar f tn t need it is never for fitness. Will it make you get bigger muscles? Probably. Does that have anything to do with fitness? No. Unless you're a professional athlete who has lost it and needs to cheat to keep your living or you're a bodybuilder, in which case looks are everything, I'd just avoid it and enjoy working out so you also avoid the health risks.
