told me that it is not necessary, and I can do it with either fitness
and swimming. So I have decided to do fitness
. For the last three months I did a full body training with a diet, which included oat meals, fish, meat, cottage cheese, eggs, rise, avocado, potatoes, vegetables and fruits split on different meals 5-6 times per day. I am 1.69 and 54kg. My goal was to strengthen the back.
