What kind of diet are you on? Try adjusting your diet.
Do Not Eat:
White carbs (white bread, flour pasta, crackers, white rice, pastries, donuts, etc)
Sugar (no white or brown sugar, no sugar substitutes, no honey)
No soda (no regular or diet soda)
No fruit juice (unless organic, all natural and unsweetened)
No energy drinks, gatorade etc.
