Some chocolate covered strawberries ! Like so so bad. I just had cheddar brocolli rice, french fries, green beans, and buttered noodles & 2 helping of steak. Then I ate a brownie. Now im so in the mood for some strawberries & skittles ! Btw im 22+1 & ive already gained nearly 25 IBS. Im really tiny to begin with & pre pregnancy I eat and eay but dont gain. I just can't help I LOVE food especially now lol what are you craving ? Whats for dinner ?

t make it to school well - that is a home fruit I had heard nuts like almonds and walnuts were high in good carbs, so we have been adding those. I had also heard that chocolate milk was good, she doesn't like chocolate so I added strawberry. We will fill an empty water bottle with it to take to school.

With my first baby it was triple cheese burgers and greens (mustards and turnips) all the time with my son it was pickles and melons and with this baby it's cheese lots of cheese

You ladies should try Philadelphia milk chocolate indulgence its next to the cream cheese I eat with strawberries and bananas so I dont feel as guilty lol!

I use the Nilla Wafer crust because it uses less sugar than a graham cracker crust. I also use low fat milk for the chocolate filling. And Strawberries are really good for you. But I do make a pie that has the subtitle of heart attack. It is any of my Cheesecakes. They are so light, fluffy, and delecious that I always sit down and eat a whole one at one sitting. It consists of my standard Nilla wafer crust with the filling made of 24 Oz of cream cheese, sugar and cool whip.

Why not try a protein shake, rather than a milkshake? Try a scoop of vanilla protein powder with 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water, 1 cup frozen fruit chunks... blend and enjoy. Protein will keep you feeling fuller longer and it won't spike your blood sugar like a regular milkshake will do. I make smoothies. I cut up a banana freeze it and some strawberries and put some soy milk and blend it all up into a smoothie.
