Drink lots of water, not having enough can make it hard to go, try eating
raisins, spicy foods, (sonic jalepeno cheeseburger always works for me lol) prunes(if you can stand them) prune juice or plum smart juice(I like that better), activia yogurt, you can buy flavorless fiber packages that u add to you drink because fiber helps you go, fiber cereals, peaches(works everytime for my 1 year old lol) and as a last resort you can take a laxative but it must be a non stimulant like milk of magnesia.
