Cut down on sugar
and fats. This means no: baked goods (cookies, cakes, donuts, etc), white bread, chips (plain corn tortillas should be OK), soda, ice cream, processed meats (hot dogs, sausages, fast food). It's very easy to make these changes. They may seem like a lot, but trust me it isn't. Simply drink water instead of soda. Eat whole grain bread instead of white. Have some frozen yogurt instead of ice cream. Your body will get used to these changes and it will quickly become normal.
