Iced coffee is all I drink when I do drink coffee a few times a week and by googling the caffeine content an iced coffee actually has LESS caffeine in it then the hot coffee of the same order size! Your totally fine in having a coffee a day, or having decaf coffee which has minimal amounts of caffeine!
I was told no coffee at all by my dr! :( I have had a cup on iced coffee maybe like 5 times and I'm 8 months pregnant.
U can have coffee just make sure u limit it.
One coffee a day isn't going to hurt. But if you haven't had coffee in a while you might want to stick to decaf. From what I understand we are allowed 200mg or a 12oz reg coffee. Decaf has only 12mg per 8oz serving. So enjoy!
Iknow you are recommended to drink decaf when pregnant but im not a regular coffee drinker. Can i have a carmel frappe' from mcdonalds?? Is it okay ?

A caramel macchiato at starbucks has espresso, each shot has 75mg of caffeine. A grande and venti hot drink has 2 shots in each. A venti iced has 3 shots so its a little over. A cup of coffee has between 65-115mg of coffee. Soda has the least amount of caffeine, and teas. It is all debatible, but I have a cup of coffee every morning. I do cut a lot of sugar out though by using some sugar free products.
Tea is fine in moderation. I drink my one cup of coffee in the morning, green tea every now and again in the afternoon if I'm really tired. Just don't brew it very strong and go light in the sugar if you use it. The studies are conflicting, most dr.s agree 200mg or less of caffeine I'd safe. That's about two 6oz cups of coffee or 24oz tea.
