Not all
carbs are created equal. Women should have
a minimum of 35 grams of dietary fiber/day. Fiber is considered to be a "complex" carb, which means it breaks down slowly and isn't really "digested", like simple carbs, such as sugar, processed foods with white flour, rice, etc. Plenty of dietary fiber and water is necessary for good digestion and elimination.
