Protein---while having an attack, I would juice up/purify tuna, eggs, chicken, beef (not fatty) with V8, milk, or any liquid
I could tolerate so I could get it into my system as a liquid
protein. This is if I couldn't eat solids.
Omega-3 Fish oils---I take 2,000 a day. I know they are oily and you may not be able to take them during an attack, but try to experiment with them as they are SO beneficial to getting the nerves and muscles working.
