I found a multi-vitamin at Walmart that
are liquid gels and they work so much
better. I also take a B-12 super complex which helps with energy. I also take every morning a Chromium Picolinate which also helps me with energy. It has made a huge difference in how I feel. At night I take Magnesium, Biotin, Garlic and Milk Thistle (for liver function) and they have helped me a ton too.
I also recently switched to eating 2 eggs every morning for breakfast.
