Sometime mid July I started to take 10,000 IU of D3, 500mg of vitamin
b6 (forgot the dose), 400mg of magnesium as magnesium oxide, and an omega 3 pill. I take all these daily. I have noticed a very slight change, but I still feel terrible. I am foggy all the time, I get lightheaded, tired, I have higher blood pressure, sometimes my joints ache, my memory has gotten sort of bad, and in general I just feel like I am out of touch with reality.
