Avatar f tn You don't lose 20 lbs in 15 days, even with a gym membership and weights. You'd have to cut your calories way too much to do that in a healthy manner. There just really is no short cut to healthy weight loss. It's one of those things that we have to work at, on an ongoing basis, not just when we have a special event or reason for losing weight. Eating healthy foods in proper proportions and getting moderate exercise are the best ways to lose weight, but it takes time.

Avatar f tn They said if i wanted to gain weight to drink a milk shake every night before i went to bed, i did and i still lost weight lol. But they werent concerned. I gained 60 with my second pregnancy (daughter) and never ate, or when i did i threw it up 5 minutes later. Now with this one i am 10 weeks and have lost ten pounds. And i am always hungry. My doc just laughed and said this one must be a boy too lol. So you are fine. Doc will tell you if they get concerned.

If you eat dairy products a lot, eleminate them. If you want drop the pounds in a few days, follow this plan. Drink only tea for breakfast and lunch, then have a big salad with chicken or something healthy for dinner; Don't forget to drink lots of water!!
Avatar f tn It sounds like, as you lose the weight, you are bumping into some of the emotional reasons you had for gaining it. It sounds kind of like you think somehow you will starve or shortchange yourself or not be protected, if you get rid of the weight. But fear is not fact, and the weight is excess weight, not necessary for your body and in fact somewhat dangerous during pregnancy especially. When I was in my ninth month I had gained 35 lbs. and was 160 lbs.

I have joined Goodlife and go to there Step Aerobics 2-3 times a week, at 60 mins a class...I am trying to stay at 1500 cal/day and doing a pretty good job, I eat at 7am, then I have protien around 10 and 2:30, lunch at at 12 and dinner around 6/7 depending when I get home.

Im sure your losing more because of that not to mention your twins are taking all of your nutrients. I know that I ate smaller portions and healthier when I got pregnant the change in my diet was good for my baby and did cause Me to lose weight since I stopped eating junk and didn't eat as much or often. You will be fine.
