The key is to lose small amounts of weight so the body can adjust and keep it off. 10kg weight loss can most likely be done, but it would involve alot of deprivation which wouldnt be sustainable for long term weight management. so what would happen? youd get the 10kgs off and then your body would want to go back to where it was. so you'd gain the weight back... and often put on more than you were initially.

I crawl and run around the house quite a bit after my 15 month old as well as swimming when its hot enough and taking a walk to the snow cone stand 2.5 blocks up from the house but its been hot and humid and rainy lately.

Avatar f tn Im trying it right now to start my weight loss and it gaurentees between 10-15lb weight loss after the first week if you dont cheat. So far im on the fifth day and Ive lost 5lbs but I also cheated. Maybe you have more will power than me. Honestly it works. However you need to enjoy soup. after the third day its usually easier to not eat than to eat more soup.
Avatar f tn / Though I think the first thing to do is lose any water weight you have by drinking a lot of water regularly (I've got an app on my phone which tells me how much water I should be drinking each day and that helps motivate me) also record what you eat and it's nutritional values (I also have an app for this) and don't skip breakfast! Then just do leg exercises (e.g. squats, lunges) often.

I gained 60 with my second pregnancy (daughter) and never ate, or when i did i threw it up 5 minutes later. Now with this one i am 10 weeks and have lost ten pounds. And i am always hungry.
