My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a few months and I was wondering if anyone had some tips like best times to try and maybe quickest way to check if you are ovulating.

I have a friend who is on Merina and is getting it removed the 24th I think so her and her husband can start trying for number 2. Are there any tips or tricks you have that helped you concieve besides "not trying"? Also if any of you have been on Merina about how long it took you to concieve?

If he is still producing sperm after all this time, what will that mean if both of us have had the surgeries? AND do men have to go back for a second time around and have the surgery AGAIN???? We have been trying to get pregnant for the past 3 years. We found out that he had a varicose vein blocking off flow to his testicles and he had surgery last october. Since then still no luck. I recently had hsg done.luckily everything came back normal. I dont know what we should do to help with the getting pregnant naturally. Also I hace asked my doctor about this she says its normal but when my husband and I have sex in the morning I have horrible pressure and pain.
