If all the blood work looked good it means that the liver and kidney functions should be normal since the liver and kidney functions are usually checked when routine blood work is performed.
Have X-Rays been performed? These are usually done prior to having an ultrasound done. An ultrasound is not invasive and could give you some good information, however, it can be costly.

Pains in the abdomen radiating to the testicle can be due to kidney stones or due to colitis, diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease or IBS. It can also be an inguinal hernia. All these conditions will have to be ruled out one by one.

Hi recently I had pain on my adominal, usually the pain is on the right upper abdomen and the pain seem to move to lower left and right. I haven't did my kidney function test yet but I already did liver function test and my ALT is 9 U/L does this low ALT indicate that I have kidney issues?

I have kidney damage (kidney disease) due to an autoimmune disease. Kidney function is at 26% now, up from 20%. Autoimmune disease is in remission since I had all the mercury fillings removed from my teeth.
I would encourage both of you to talk with his endocrinologist about looking into possible changes that can bring his a1c levels well down below 7. That truly is his best protection not only against kidney disease, but against other complications. If sugar levels are maintained at near normal levels, damage cannot happen.
I have a 14 year old cocker spaniel who was recently diagnosed with kidney disease.
