HI there, please can I get an opinion, I've just came of the YAZ pill 3 months now which I was taking for about 8 months, and period was on time for 2 months since of the pill, this is the 3rd month and I'm 3 days late. I did a test this morning but its negative and my breasts are sore for 1 week now, I have a little discharge this week n some cramps. In the past I was irregular but a doctor helped me balance before going on the pill... what could it be?
I am usually on Yaz birth control pills. On 7th and 8th of May I forgot to take Yaz and decided to stop the pack. On 10th May had unprotected intercourse and on 11th took norlevo. After that day I started spotting brown and on 15 May it was red and heavy like my period normally is. It lasted 3 days. I was expecting my period on 28 May but nothing. Have done two pregnancy tests both negative.
I had sex the night or day after I finished. Now I just finished my whole yaz pack, all the white pills, and no period! Last night i took the last pill, and since I had no period, i took a pregnancy test. It came out negative. But then this morning i had brown discharge.
I'm scared it came out negative because it is too early to take it?! I'm scared the brown discharge is implantation bleeding!? Please make me feel better.

I have had unprotected sex right after stopping the pill and a few more times after that. I am now almost two weeks late on my period. I have taken 6 home pregnancy tests and all were negative. I followed the directions to the T. I have also taken a blood pregnancy test, but am still waiting for the call back from the doctor. What I was wondering is whether or not YAZ can cause pregnancy symptoms after stopping them two months ago?
It was a two weeks afterwords from the day of my last period. Anyhow, The very same night my boyfriend came inside of me.... and every night afterwords he came inside me. I have been taking the pill every day, at the same time since I started. I am getting to the inert pills this Wednesday. Should I be worried if I do not start my period during these days?
There is always a possibility as Sasha said. But I was on Yaz at one time and didn't have a period for 6 months with it all the while continuing to BD. I wasn't pregnant.
FRUSTRATED. I'm so I'll. And so easily irratated right now! I started yaz a month ago and was pretty consisitant! Now no period... As of now 3 days late- at one day late I tested just to make sure so I could stop BC but now still no period! I've had cramps for over a week now! I'm getting so irratated.
My period is easily over 2 weeks late and I have been experiencing menstural cramping, back aching on and off, sensative breast, more tired than usualy, sharp pains on the right where my ovaries are, and alot pressure when having to go pee. I have no idea whats going on! My boyfriend is fixed he got sniped burnt and sowed so I am assuming I am certainly not pregnant. i had a little for the first time before my last period and then now i havent had my period for a week and a half and i got the the same thing but more now im on the generic version of yaz and it says there could be spotting is that blood with regular discharge or and infection? should i be worried?
I've just recently switched from Ortho Tricyilin to Yaz. I'm supposed to take my last placebo pill tonight but I still haven't gotten my period. I was a bit late taking one pill but it was only 90mins. I don't use any back-up methods and I have never missed a pill. Could I be pregnant just from switching pills?
I've been on birth control (Yaz) since late September, so my period follows a strict schedule, showing up every fourth Monday. Often times I've missed pills, but it's never resulted in an early or late period; it dutifully shows up on the day it's supposed to. Except for my last period.
My period was due July 26th. I missed pills on the 17th and 18th, the same days I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend.
Since I had been taking the Yaz for almost two months straight (I skipped my period by not taking the placebo pills) do you think this changes the possibility of me being unprotected?
Although the pill does prevent pregnancy it still happens. However if you have been gradually becoming more irregular it could just be the pill itself. I read some posts on other forums about women getting pregnant while on yaz but I'm not sure how common it is. I was on yaz for a year and a few months (just stopped taking it recently) and had awful side effects while on the pill and from stopping it.
Previously I had constant break-though bleeding (more like a period- for even 2 and a half weeks) and cramps. I switched to Microgestin and that made me so sick I stopped, and then restarted Lo Loestrin Fe.
I have taken it everyday and have never missed a pill. The only thing that I have done probably incorrectly with pill use is only a couple of times I took it maybe an hour and a half/two hours late.
I’ve spotted quite often- not as badly as before.
I was on birth control for 3 years and I stopped taking it I didn't get my monthly for atleast a good month so that could be why. I was on yaz. But that was a year ago. But not I'm haveing the same problem as you I missed my monthly and its been a week and a half now and still nothing but when I took a prgnacy test it came back nagitive.
I took Yaz years ago when it was called Yazmin and I can't remember what it looked like exactly. Are the inactive pills the first or last 7 pills in the packet? They are a different color. The 7 pills of different color are just sugar pills. Either way it is incredibly unlikely that you are pregnant missing one pill at the beginning of the cycle based on when a woman's fertile time is (middle of cycle), however if it was the sugar pill it is completely impossible.
I have been on birth control for 2 months now. I haven't missed any pills, but I usually take them within 2 hrs. Its always between 825 and 10. But 4 days ago I had un protected sex then took my pil 4 hours late. Then the next day I started on my white pills. I'm on yaz so I only have 4 white pills and I'm on the day where I should be starting my new pack and still no period. Is it possible to be late while on birth control? Or do I have a big chance of being pregnant?
October 15 - Started YAZ, also my first day of period (4 days light period only)
November 10 - Period came
November 11 - Last day of YAZ (first pack)
November 12 - First pill of second pack of YAZ very heavy bleeding
November 13 VERY HEAVY BLEEDING
November 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 Regular bleeding
Nov19- 27 light bleeding
Nov 28 bleeding gone
I went to my OB November 24 and advised me to take my remaining YAZ 3x a day.
