You could try keeping a workout journal or putting up post its to remind you of the buzz you get after exercise or the achievements you've made. Likewise you can make plans to exercise with a friend at least once a week, even just a walk. The socialising will boost your mood as well as the exercise and it's a good way to prevent any unmotivated changes in plans because of the expectation to meet up.
Avatar m tn What's wrong with good old strength weight training or resistance exercises? If you want to excel in sprint distance events I probably wouldn't advocate excessive ?? What I am trying to say is that you don't want to become muscle bound. That is not very sport specific and may not benefit your sport performance. I'm not sure about the supplements. You do need to be cautious though especially as some brands have been found to contain traces of steroids, etc.

With all the columns required I’m not sure one could fit all that data in and still be able to read the contents? From my perspective it might be easier to provide links to relevant pharma sites for members to peruse; what do you think?

I am hoping that this is a big part of the goal of the MedHelp trackers. So being able to compare data from different trackers, or at least export and merge them would be huge for helping people to realize the correlation between diet and symptons.

Avatar m tn Go to Microsoft Templates. In the search box there, just type in "blood sugar" and a bunch of spreadsheets, trackers, and charts will pop up. I found several good one's there and have been using ever since. But the one here at this site works ok too. I don't access my internet all the time so its handy to have it on a spreadsheet for me.

647754 tn?1270036911 For my own use I save it using the settings on my computer and then if I wish to forward my spreadsheets to other offices that use excel I also save my spreadsheet in excel and e mail to them the saved Excel version. It prints fine, the only thing I have not figured out yet is how to get the program to leave a space beside a picture if one is inserted into the body of a letter for example. The program prints fine.

I was seeing her for about a month but didn't want to say too much because I live in such a small town I didn't want to say anything to offend her or someone she knows.

583580 tn?1231136383 m hoping that he support on this site will keep me encouraged to keep going with my new workout plans for 2009, in the past I gave up to easily when I wasnt seeing any weight loss or loss in inches, I've even seen weight gain and muscle mass from working out which I've been told isnt common in females. This also discourages me. I'm starting my new workout plans when I get off from my midnight shift tonight.
