Avatar f tn You can google it for all the details. There is a book you can read by Tosca Reno that is full of info and not very hard to follow. Basically, you eat a lean protein, healthy fat, and complex carb every 3 hours. Eat more to lose weight! Hard to believe, huh? Trust me, it works! I had a baby last July and started Eating Clean, again, in September. I have lost 25 pounds so far. Eating Clean is not a fad diet but a change in lifestyle.
Avatar m tn check out the eat clean diet. It is not a fad and it is very easy to follow. Tosca Reno had lots of self help books and Oxygen Magazine can help with exercises etc. or, better yet....just take a 1/2 hour walk everyday. eventually you will build up to an hour a day. good heart-healthy exercise and uses lots of your muscles. The Eat Clean Diet books are about $24.

And I came across a lot of people diagnosed with MS years ago. And don't even know it. To avoid sugar & Fat. We all must learn how to read Labels. Look up Tosca Reno. Oxygenmag. com.

You have a LOT of options as far as diet goes, here are a few that will definitely help... 1. I have all my clients buy this book: "The eat-clean diet" by Tosca Reno. I also have them buy the companion "Eat clean diet cookbook".
Avatar f tn I agree with flieman, that amount of weight in such a short goal is not realistic and potentially dangerous. I recommend the book Clean Eating by Tosca Reno. Get most of your food from veggies and lean protein, complex carbs and lean protein at every meal. You will loose wait, you will be full from all the fiber and you will KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF. If you manage to eat 400 calories every day for three months you'll gain it right back with extra.

Avatar f tn There is no gain without pain but the burn I have in my abs and thighs after working out is really making every workout more trying than the last. Then when I go to work my performance is down. Help!

Avatar f tn Getting through that frame of mind is really difficult. You could try keeping a workout journal or putting up post its to remind you of the buzz you get after exercise or the achievements you've made. Likewise you can make plans to exercise with a friend at least once a week, even just a walk. The socialising will boost your mood as well as the exercise and it's a good way to prevent any unmotivated changes in plans because of the expectation to meet up.
Avatar f tn EAT CLEAN!!!! Ms. Tosca Reno is a genius with her eating clean books. I suggest you look into it. Probably the hardest thing to do out of all of these. Changing your eating habits and actually sticking to a diet regimen is so hard when you have those days of cravings and emotional/stressful times. My 6th and final recommendation: DRUM ROLL PLEASE: EXERCISE!!!! Yes, the toxin-releasing, sweat making machine. Easy, but at a good pace… and increasing intensity each week – 2 weeks.

Avatar f tn I live in Reno. But lived in tahoe half my life. It does get chilly down there but id rather be cold than hot. And you wont start to feel hot hot untill later on in your pregnancy. And atleast its not Reno right. Lol I dont even go outside. Kind of wished I could move up there for my pregnancy.

I have access to many journal databases online, and ahve tried to look up many of the things he has tried, such as GH inhancers and amino acids, trying to find out if it's safe and works, or if it is a waste of money. Today he bought something called NO Shotgun. Mainly it seems to be Branch-chained amino acids, which I have found mixed reviews.
2020005 tn?1628125976 When I decided to completely change my way of eating in hopes to lose weight, a friend recommended a book called Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno. I read it nonstop and finished it in a day. I learned so much and it made me want to change. I completely understand the nighttime eating! I still do it, sometimes :) The solution is to come up with good alternatives to junk. For example, cook popcorn on the stove in coconut oil and sprinkle cinnamon on it.

On My MedHelp, on the Journals panel, you should see a link that says, Write a new journal entry. If you click that, you should see a form that has text boxes for Title, Journal Entry and Tags. Do you see that?

My fear is that the girls were kissing all over us. Even kissing on the lips and biting. I never took my cloths off. However, one of the girls was grinding on my face and sort of hurt me physically during the process. They were really rough. My fear is that a lot of the girls out at the reno clubs look like a.
