since Novrmber 9, with almost 4 months of consistent exercise including X country skiing, water aerobics, interval training, weight training , walking and
running, and of course, eating better. I believe my success is due to changing up my exercise routine but keeping weight training as a constant 3 X a week and keeping a food journal using the my diet app. Learning how to make healthy smoothies and eating right throughout the day to keep blood sugar levels up has definitely helped.
