Avatar m tn That would be considered AFTER a meal, or postprandial, as WR stated. I think you're getting hung up on the fact that 2-3 hours AFTER one meal may be BEFORE the next meal. Only concentrate on one meal at a time. How often are you checking your blood sugar at home? Be sure to closely follow the instructions of your doc, don't just choose your own times. Also, be sure to keep a journal of your results. Most glucose meters come with a log book.

193609 tn?1292180293 t sleep much so the workout only consisted of running a mile and doing my workout for the 100 push up challenge. But at least I was able to workout....ugh, it is just going to be a long hard day.

You could try keeping a workout journal or putting up post its to remind you of the buzz you get after exercise or the achievements you've made. Likewise you can make plans to exercise with a friend at least once a week, even just a walk. The socialising will boost your mood as well as the exercise and it's a good way to prevent any unmotivated changes in plans because of the expectation to meet up.

Call up friends and family and get things planned to hang out (diverting attention and time to let your mind wander). Excercise like crazy. It is not only a great way to spend our spare time, but it also has great effects for the mind and body. Volunteer somewhere--------- also very good for taking our mind off of something and has an psychological effect.

I have access to many journal databases online, and ahve tried to look up many of the things he has tried, such as GH inhancers and amino acids, trying to find out if it's safe and works, or if it is a waste of money. Today he bought something called NO Shotgun. Mainly it seems to be Branch-chained amino acids, which I have found mixed reviews.

647754 tn?1270036911 For my own use I save it using the settings on my computer and then if I wish to forward my spreadsheets to other offices that use excel I also save my spreadsheet in excel and e mail to them the saved Excel version. It prints fine, the only thing I have not figured out yet is how to get the program to leave a space beside a picture if one is inserted into the body of a letter for example. The program prints fine.

On My MedHelp, on the Journals panel, you should see a link that says, Write a new journal entry. If you click that, you should see a form that has text boxes for Title, Journal Entry and Tags. Do you see that?

There's an exercise tracker here on MedHelp that's wonderful for letting you keep track of the exercise you get. By tracking your intake and expenditure, you will be able to find out if they are balanced out. In order to lose weight, you have to expend less than you intake.
