Avatar f tn I know you can continue to work out but I would ask the Dr which workouts are ok just to be safe. Maybe it's because I'm almost 36wks but I couldn't picture myself jumping rope lol. But I'm pretty sure keeping up with a workout routine will help you have an easier delivery.

Avatar f tn Hi I am a ftm and 17 weeks with twins. I walk to work everyday (30 minute walk). Then work with children all day so that keeps me fit and going, then some days I also walk home after I finish my shift. I don't drive so I have to walk everywhere.

You could try keeping a workout journal or putting up post its to remind you of the buzz you get after exercise or the achievements you've made. Likewise you can make plans to exercise with a friend at least once a week, even just a walk. The socialising will boost your mood as well as the exercise and it's a good way to prevent any unmotivated changes in plans because of the expectation to meet up.

I work midnights 4 days a week and I want to lose weight but I'm worried that working midnights might work against me in doing so. I've tried losing weight in the past and have not been able to do so but I'm keeping fingers crossed that 2009 might be different for me.
Avatar f tn Between 1-2 days after I do excessive cardio, I get a massive headache, lasting for multiple days, accompanied with a deep mucousy cough. Why does this happen after I work out? Is this something I should be concerned about? I love to work out, but hardly do because the sickness afterwards is enough to keep me from it.

So, to the gym n do it there. Don't wear yourself out though. Plenty of water. But being active really is paying off.

I have access to many journal databases online, and ahve tried to look up many of the things he has tried, such as GH inhancers and amino acids, trying to find out if it's safe and works, or if it is a waste of money. Today he bought something called NO Shotgun. Mainly it seems to be Branch-chained amino acids, which I have found mixed reviews.

My staircase has 13 stairs - I went up and down 15 times in 5 minutes and thought I was going to die...lol Got the cardio workout in a very short burst - so every day Im going to increase by one extra up and down so tomorrow I plan to do 16 sets....

I gained the three pounds back after I increased my days at the gym. After 4 months of exercising and dieting I have lost zero weight. I took myself down to a 1200 calorie diet. Still no change. In the last 2 months I have begun to work out 5-6 times a week, I resumed a 1400 calorie diet.

Avatar n tn Another day in the books! No codone since Feb 23rd! I am heading to workout and then hopefully find some motivation to buckle down on some much needed work. Stomach is messed up a little and we shall see if that motivation is still missing. Cravings there but all in all feeling good. I think me reading that a doctor did not want to prescribe suboxone for a 35 mg addiction made me mentally better. My habit was at most 40 mg a day. I hope this will not become my weakness.
