Common Questions and Answers about Weight tracker spreadsheet

1752720 tn?1322234698 Why can't I find an actual nutrition tracker for iPhone? There are about a 1000 weight loss trackers, but I can't seem to find anything specific for pregnancy. I was hoping to find something where I can enter what I'm eating and have it tell me if I am meeting my protein and vitamin requirements. (of course I am taking a PNV also) Does anyone know if this exists? Even if it's computer/internet based and not an app? Or does anyone have another way that they track their nutrition?

645800 tn?1466864555 Very nice & clear graph, Dennis. Is that simply drawn, or did that come from a spreadsheet? If it's a spreadsheet, you could probably also have it plot a rolling average for each number over the same time frame. Somebody with some skill obviously produced the graph, but that idea might require you to bring in our old friend Algebra. Do your vertical lines represent midnight? If so, it looks like you're spiking in the mornings, calming down mid-day, and bumping up a bit before bedtime.
144210 tn?1273092382 The possibility exists that you may not be metabolizing ribavirin very well, as studies suggest that serum concentrations and hemoglobin response are more important than a patient's weight. Bottom line I would think is what's happening with your viral response? Are you UND yet and at what week? If you're already UND by a very sensitive test, then you might think twice about upping the riba.

446896 tn?1237806342 My BP was a little up for my age, probably because I was scared of going to the doctor in the first place, and he gave me an embarrassing lecture about my weight in front of my mother. I was crying when I left the office, and felt humiliated. Ever since then, I have DREADED having my BP taken. I think it really did something to me psychologically, as if having a high BP is something to be ashamed of, and I fear the judgmental health professionals out there.
