Avatar n tn I have about 85 weight/date data points in an Excel spreadsheet that I would like to be able to import into the tracker. Is there a way that this can be done?
Avatar m tn Since the view offered by the trackers is limited by date range, I would like to be able to download all the values into excel to plot trends etc. Is there an easy way to export tracker data? I hope I don't have to type all the values in....
1144849 tn?1395458766 I would like to be able to save the whole weight tracker graph, say to an excel spread sheet, or even just be able to save the whole thing for a year's time. How can I do that? It seems I am only able to see a month at a time and I can't ever view the whole progress over 6 or 12 months.

Avatar n tn I have been searching for a great way to record and analyze my personal data for years. So far, the closest I have come to my dream tracker involves several pages of excel spreadsheets precariously merged together into charts. Between the various trackers of your site, you are covering most all of the facets I would like to track. It is also important to me to be able to look for correlations among facets...
211940 tn?1267884866 Socrates- I am using Excel. I have made the tracker already on my desktop computer. Now I am trying to figure out how to use it on my iPad. I can send the tracker to my iPad but it changes dramatically in the process. So I still have some figuring out to do with it. Originally I bought my iPad for a couple reasons. One of the main reasons was my wanting to have all of my medical records in it. The other reason was the weight of the iPad...much easier to use and hold. Also, for e-books.
Avatar m tn However, my metabolism (observed based on calories in vs weight change as well as energy levels in response to calorie intakes to distinguish between starvation metabolism and actual calorie needs) is much higher than the standard 2000 calories — even starvation level for my metabolism is much higher than 2000 calories. The following are the nutrients that I suspect would have a higher RDI for a higher metabolism.

579258 tn?1250652943 Feedback from those individuals showed that eating breakfast daily was a weight control strategy for 78% of the people in the registry. Those participants who experienced long-term success also shared that they eat a diet low in fat and exercise for an hour or more each day. Interestingly .. less than 5% of those who achieved success reported never eating breakfast. 2. BREAKFAST JUMP STARTS OUR METABOLISM.
255722 tn?1452550141 I used a home-grown one on my laptop, since I'm always in front of it. In Word or Excel (I've used both), I create a document with four columns: Date --- Medications --- Food --- Notes I'd fill it in every day in the first three columns, and the 'Notes' column was whatever my impressions were, sometimes a lot, sometimes not much.

544292 tn?1268886268 Hi Tramadol Warriors, Many people have come here for many years, giving support and getting support. Because I still believe that Tramadol is unique in it's ... terror and torture of humans, this thread continues. The people who can understand what you are going thru are the people who have kicked it and there's people here who come back to lend a hand. You also will never need an understanding ear as much. You can do it. You can quit. You do not need to be a slave to Tramadol.
