189192 tn?1261345228 Hello, The pregnancy tracker is not correctly tracking my weight gain.. it says I have gained 5lbs, but I have really gained 11. Can someone please correct this?
Avatar f tn Ok so far in this pregnancy i have gained 26lbs..I asked my Ob if this was bad and he said he wasnt concerned because i always go back down to a size 5 within 3 months postpartum anyway. But im wondering if i keep gaining weight this fast will it increase the chance of me having a big baby? I have a little frame and dont want to risk having a c-section. But i cant help it i want to eat literally every hour and if i dont eat a meal im snacking all day. Is this bad for my baby?
Avatar f tn Always listen to your doctor.. there a doctor for a reason.
216278 tn?1308864682 I don't update my pregnancy tracker anymore, except for weight once-in-a-while. Today, when I tried to enter my weight, it says "This tracker is closed." Any thoughts??

368690 tn?1284360853 In the meantime, you can track walking in the weight tracker (which has a few limited options for exercise tracking). We'll let you know when the full-blown exercise tracker is available. Thanks for the suggestion!
127529 tn?1331844380 ( I think the word 'high' would be sufficient. My midwife isn't concerned at all, my monthly gian has been about 2lbs a month apart from one month where i had a 6 lb gain after some bad advice by the diabetic clinics 'so called' dietician. I know I am being silly, it is such a useful app but 'excessive' glaring at me every time I open it is making me want to delete it!!
776572 tn?1360294339 I don't have the weight tracker (thank goodness lol) but I've kind of reached the point where I'm burying my head in the sand about this issue. I usually walk 2-3 miles several times a week, and I'm eating light and healthy things most of the day, and I'm gaining more than women who are happily pigging out on fast food and not exercising at all.
10947 tn?1281407852 For example, we might show the average follicular and luteal phases for the ovulation tracker, or 7-day, 30-day and 90-day trends for the weight tracker. In addition, we might show a list of your most frequent symptoms. The statistics will likely be available as widgets or applications on your personal pages (including your profile page) and also on your Tracker page. In this manner, if you'd like to share your stats with others (but not all the details in your tracker), you can still do so.
1266083 tn?1358567662 The doctor said she only wanted me to gain no more than 15 lbs during my pregnancy. Is that normal? I mean, I know I'm overweight but only 15 lbs. She said it's good that I've been losing weight and eating healthier. She says that the foods I eat are coming to my body (even if I'm not eating a lot) and that my "fat stores" and nutrients are going to the baby. I asked her if I was getting any nutrients and she said "yes, some. But the baby gets it off of you.
443968 tn?1288616289 o.k girls I need suggestions I am trying to loose my pregnancy weight but it seems I hit plato. I gained about 35-40 pounds during my pregnancy, as soon as I had the baby I lost right away about 15-20, between baby and amniotic fluid and all the other fluid I had retained during pregnancy, but since the I have not been able to shed any more pounds. I am stuck at 155 and can't get it out. Need to lose another 30 pounds to go back to my original body weight.
210400 tn?1325384170 If you are talking about the weight tracker within the pregnancy tracker then it is off but I think it is off because I noticed that mine reset itself once I hit the second trimester. So I have gained in total 14 pounds or something, but it is now only showing I gained 4 pounds which is what I gained in the second trimester. I wish it would just keep track from the beginning!
1666434 tn?1325265950 lol I am baffled....my tracker says I have only gained 6 lbs since being pregnant....and that is a lie, I think I have gained about 15 lbs in my 21st week, how do I update the weight. I know I gotta be overlooking something!

1752720 tn?1322234698 There are about a 1000 weight loss trackers, but I can't seem to find anything specific for pregnancy. I was hoping to find something where I can enter what I'm eating and have it tell me if I am meeting my protein and vitamin requirements. (of course I am taking a PNV also) Does anyone know if this exists? Even if it's computer/internet based and not an app? Or does anyone have another way that they track their nutrition? I guess I could make a spreadsheet...? Thanks, ladies!
10947 tn?1281407852 This tracker is now available in communities as well as the Tracker tab in My MedHelp, along with the Ovulation, Pregnancy, Weight, Addiction Recovery, and Hepatitis C Trackers. With this tracker, you can track your systolic and diastolic blood pressure and symptoms (e.g. headache, edema, decreased urination, etc.). You can also keep a journal of how you're feeling each day.
209987 tn?1451939065 Weighed again just now and I'm 114.8lbs. Anyone else see a problem with this? I know weight loss in early pregnancy is normal, but...how much and for how long? Am I just being paranoid? And is anyone else having trouble with the "my pregnancy" tracker? Mine is showing I'm 4 weeks 6 days...but the day I started the tracker I was 4 weeks 2 days...that was 5 days ago...so it should be saying I'm 5 weeks today.
1900462 tn?1352778902 I can't believe it. My pregnancy tracker says that my weight is high for where I'm at in my pregnancy. Although when my mom had her first child (me) she gained 70+lbs! So maybe its normal for me to be gaining so much weight? But the weird thing is that before I found out that I'm pregnant I wasn't eating unhealthy and didn't notice weight gain. Normally I eat normal portions so even though I hardly would exercise I would still maintain a healthy weight without gaining weight.
Avatar n tn Are you thinking of breast feeding because that really helps with weight lose. I gained 32 lbs in my first pregnancy but lost it within 7-8 months with a combination of breast feeding and eating well. I didn't work out. Was able to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
1566213 tn?1331004562 I've been trying really hard to watch what I eat because I don't want to gain all the weight like I did with my first two pregnancies (1st was almost 40lbs and 2nd was 30lbs). Well I upload my weight onto the pregnancy tracker and it says my weight gain is high. I haven't been suffering from morning sickness or food aversion so its been like any regular day when I wasn't pregnant. My question to you is, how much have you gained already?
5034082 tn?1396571718 since the beginning, which freaked me out, but every single other pregnancy weight tracker I consulted (including my doctor) said I'm totally normal and at a perfect weight the whole time. It's definitely annoying, though, the guidelines this app uses for healthy weights. Makes me wonder if it's a mistake in the coding or something.
231441 tn?1333896366 (I do) Why don't you have a look at my pregnancy tracker, because I record my weight in there on almost a daily basis. Please don't diet now though. The baby needs what you are eating. I am usually 56kg and at the moment I am 79kg. This is my third baby and it happens to me every time. A healthy diet and excercise will prevail after you have had the baby.
Avatar n tn I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant i have gained a total amount of 13 pounds so far my doctor was extremely rude on telling my weight gain was too much and that i should only be gaining 1 pound per month. Is this even real? I feel like her comments were unnecessary and insensitive. Has anyone's doctor told them you're only supposed to gain 1 pound per month?
231441 tn?1333896366 I did a lot more than eat while I was there and while the foods were different from usual, I can hardly believe I ate 17,500 calories extra in 4 days! My weight seems to be totally out of control. To gain 10lbs in 1 month I would have to eat 35000 extra calories in a month, which is 1000 extra calories a day. I don't! And I exercise! But I have gained 10lbs the last 2 months.... mind you most of it happened in just a couple of days jump!
1115543 tn?1376384238 Tiredness-still only getting 3-4hrs a night Constipation Indigestion Heartburn False labour Braxton Hicks-which last night kept me up more than normal Nausea/sickness Headache Thrush Back pain I think that is everything in the 30th week that I have had to deal with. I know everyones pregnancy is different, but I just want to share week to week for the ladies following behind with there BFP and if they have any of these, they will know there not alone. Or that there "normal".
541150 tn?1306037443 I know it's hard, but try not to worry too much. I am the same as you I am usually very active and thin when I am not pregnant. Even now pregnant I still I track what I eat on MH with the food tracker, and track my exercise (even when I know I make bad food choices). I have gain 20 pounds too and I am only three weeks ahead of you. I gained 8 pounds in one month at one visit...lol. It is hard to watch the scale creep up and up.
