But everytime I try to move weight to the left hand column it will only give me BMI and not weight. Can you help me?
Panda Is anyone else having problems with the weight tracker? I can open it and can take the first step for adding new information but when I click to submit the data, it hangs up and won't complete the process. I submitted a question to Walgreen's/Health center via the contact us portion of the site almost a week ago and haven't heard anything. This has been going on since the 24th.

I was hoping to find something where I can enter what I'm eating and have it tell me if I am meeting my protein and vitamin requirements. (of course I am taking a PNV also) Does anyone know if this exists? Even if it's computer/internet based and not an app? Or does anyone have another way that they track their nutrition?
Avatar f tn I, too, am finding it impossible to input data for the blood pressure tracker and the weight tracker. When I click on the chart, instead of the normal page that has spaces for systolic and diastolic pressures and heart rate, I get a page that mentions all three in a horizontal format, as opposed to the original's vertical format, but will not allow me to input any information. The weight tracker does a similar thing.

Avatar n tn I also eat very healthy, plenty of veg, salad, fruit, protein. My weight also doesn't seem to be shifting, if antthing I have put on weight. I spoke to a personal trainer and she explained to me that it can take 16 weeks or more for your body to even notice a change! Also, fat turns into muscle which weighs more han fat.

Avatar m tn and you will find many links to different websites that will calculate calorie ranges based on your specific needs (height, age, weight, goal weight etc) The website that I use which has been SO helpful is S*P*A*R*K*P*E*O*P*L*E* It's a free website and takes all the guess work out of figuring out specific numbers and ranges because it automatically does it all the work for you!

I use my albuterol inahaler every morning before exercising since I suffer from asthma. My usual workout includes at least 30 min of cardio 4-5 times a week and of couple of abs. I've been eating healthier. This morning I weighed myself and realized I gained 3lbs in 2 days, this is insane! I don't know what to do.

Avatar f tn Try making small changes like this while also working on the walking and other exercises and I imagine that you will begin to slowly notice changes in the way you look and feel! In order to track your BMI...you could set up your weight tracker. On that tracker it lists your height and weight and gives you a BMI reading as well. Each time that you update your weight it also adjusts the BMI to your new level so that you can see your progress. Also...

Avatar n tn I would say that it is a 50/50 chance whether you would lose weight in the long run as the product wasn't designed as a weight loss product. (but I'm not a doctor so your dr. might be able to tell you what to expect).

Then I read about a meal replacement called NuLean, and the one thing they tell you to avoid, processed foods full of preservatives and ****, is what Nutrisystem and the other prepared foods are all about. Meeting in person has given us some new motivation to lose some weight before we actually lay eyes on each other. My new goal is 1-1.5 pounds a week.
