My OB was actually asking me about that, and I told her it was hard, so she told me to make sure I'm taking my prenatals then. Its just so difficult to try to keep everything at a balance! I actually have been making more of an effort to get more calcium, but if it helps with these leg cramps I'll definately try harder!
