Drink warm water with one spoon honey added. Do this every morning. 2. Cycling and swimming is the best to lose weight faster. So whenever possible, use cycle and join swimming classes. 3. Walk daily at least for 30 mins. If you do above things continuous for month or two, definitely you'll see the result.

Your body is smarter than what you think and when you work out AND not eat enough, your body will down-regulate metabolic processes in order to avoid any harmful consequences! Part of self-preservation and survival mechanisms. So the idea is to use a middle of the road approach, where easy does it! Make wise diet choices to support your work outs and without triggering slow metabolism.
Avatar f tn The best thing you can do is to forget the scales for a while and concentrate on measurements instead; I'm willing to bet that even with just 4lbs weight loss, you've noticed clothes getting looser, and your waist decreasing? That's fat loss right there! Keep track of your inches and it'll spur you on to keep going with your routine, then before you know it, the overall weight will come down too.

Avatar f tn I don't tell you not to try to convince people to do what you like to do, I just try to let them know in case they don't that what you do might not work for them and that doesn't mean nothing will work for them. The best weight loss diet I've ever seen is macrobiotics -- those people are thin and have a tremendous amount of energy! -- but I don't push it because I don't personally believe in it for other reasons (mostly it seems to make people nervous and judgmental).

You are doing what so many people have done and most have had the same sad result – no weight loss. Sometimes, they have even gained more weight. Please know that exercise is not the main contributor to weight loss.

Like how much weight do you want to lose? If you drink pop, do you want to quit or cut back? Search online for some easy exercises you can do at home such as situps/crunches, aerobics/cardio, or even go running or walking! I keep several different trackers on my page..
