I also keep a daily calorie journal and have been eating around 900 calories/day but thats
total not net calories. Net calories
total around 400-600/day depending how hard I work out that day. I stick to a strict diet of lean meat, whole wheats, vegetables and fat free dairy products. YET, I've GAINED one lb and haven't lost any weight. I don't see any results and my jeans are still tight. I stick strictly to working out and my diet plan.
