prenatal vitamins options

What are the best vitamins? I am 5 weeks pregnant and there are so many options I don't know which one to buy.

So i came to the conclusion that the reason i was so sick all day every day for the last 2 weeks was because of the prenatal vitamins i was taking. I didnt take any yesterday or today and i feel completly fine. I had my sister pick me up some gummie ones and the only thing im worried about is that they dont have any iron in them.... is this something that i need to make sure im taking seperately along with the vitamins? And how much do i need?

I'm taking NatureMade prenatal vitamins that I bought from Costco. My ob said it's a good brand that have everything for pregnancy.

My opinion..I think that it is bad. Do you know how much food you need to eat to make sure that you get all the same vitamins from those pills. You are not the first person that has been sick from those. I would have asked my doctor for something else. #notaresponsibleanswer...#iforgot....

Prenatal vitamins are just over the counter...you can get some for less than $10. In the early stages of your pregnancy they are an important part of the development of your baby.

m 33 weeks pregnant and have not taken any prenatal vitamins. Im not suggesting it but as long as your eating a 100% balanced and vitamin rich diet its not totally necessary. The baby gets what he;she needs and your left with the leftovers basically. I did take folic acid the first 16 weeks and recently my iron was low so I'm on a supplement for that has well. There are lots of chewabke and even liquid options though for prenatal s though if you feel the need to take them.

I take the gummy prenatal vitamins from Costco my ob recommend them and they taste good.I'm due July 8th and have a girl and a boy so this one will be a surprise!

I'm 26 weeks today & I haven't really taken any prenatal vitamins in the last 3 months. Ima get bck on my prescription vitamins on Monday & take them daily until she's born. Am I too late for something serious in her health already????

I didn't take vitamins. Prenatal vitamins made me sick. Take a prenatal vitamin if u want, and the Dr. Should have done blood tests to see how good Ur iron and everything is. I wouldn't take anything that the Dr. Doesn't tell me.

My RE prescribed prenatal vitamins, Vital-OB+DHA Im sorry but i was paying 32.00 for them the first 3 months, now i went and got my 4th months supply $70.00.. I want the best but c'mon thats expensive enough with my fertility medicines.. Does anyone know of a cheaper brand I could tell my RE to prescribe me that good also?
