prenatal vitamins hair growth not pregnant

Depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy will you notice a difference. The prenatal vitamins they say help with hair growth, however I believe its more hormonal changes within you. When you notice your hair growing you will also notice your nails growing faster than usual. I have been taking prenatal vitamins for only 3-4 wks... I would say its more hormonal changes than the vitamins, for myself atleast.

Me and my roommate were wondering if it is safe to take PreNatal Vitamins when not pregnant...I mean obviously we know if pregnant women take them then they probably dont harm your body but will they make us gain weight or anything? The reason we want to take them is because we heard they make your hair grow faster and shinier..Is this even true?!! I would love any answers or suggestions?!! Thank You!!

Before I got pregnant I just had peach fuzz on my tummy and now it looks darker and longer, and I'm having a boy. But yet again, I shave my arm pits and legs a lot more than usual. i dont shave my stomach but it is getting so hairy that i am thinking about using nair if its safe.. my dr said it is my hormones and can also be contributed to the prenatal vitamins im taking..

Noooooooo. Should probably of asked way sooner lol but read the prenatal bottle. Should have 800 mg of folof acid and some iron in it I forget how much. Only time u would need to take extra vitamins of it your prenatal don't have dha. I tale spring valley prenatal and 200mg of dha.

I don't take my iron pils just because I was getting constipated. And I do forget to take all my vitamins every now and then but I know it's very important for our babies growth.
