Avatar f tn I would just eat healthy foods, and if you want to snack try to keep it healthy as well, such as apples, pineapple, watermelon, pears, cantaloupe, etc. You could also eat veggies and such if you like those as well.
907968 tn?1292622204 Two contrary things in apples. Lots of sugar, as in all fruit, might have gotten to you, though this is awfully quick. Anybody can be allergic to anything. But apples also have quercitin in them, which is a natural anti-histamine which theoretically would make your ears feel less full. A toss-up, eh? I have this fullness problem as well. Mine was apparently caused by a medication, but it hasn't gone away. Weird stuff.

Also - when do we go from once a day with solids to 2x a day and then 3x a day and so forth...?

For example, my FT4 level was .74 when analyzed by the lab that has a range of .58-1.64, so I was "normal." If my blood had been processed that same day by the lab that has a range of .80-1.90, would my level have likely have still been .74, or would it have probably been something in the .80-1.90 range because of different calibrations?

That would be my first suggestion they have a lot of up to date material and are very well trained. You can also call your sons endocrinologist. Good luck!

In order for farmers to produce a healthy crop that are presentable and not bug eaten they use a ton of chemicals. Peel them or buy organic. I know a bit about this because I juice my fruits and veggies.

Avatar f tn i was always under the impression in the past there wasnt much nutritional value in b.m after 12 months. addison is now almost 13 months and while her vitamins are mostly from her foods she is still at the breast. how long is it something that she benefits from? im in no hurry to wean her, and she has no intentions she is very much in love with her boob lol, but im curious. she seems to be more and more dependant on the breast to fall asleep too, which i need to break.
787406 tn?1339203183 sweet (literally) i'm trying to fix my problem too... probably pear juice is working for you because it's super high in fructose, fact the top two fruits with fructose is apples and pears..which a normal person if they drink high amounts of fructose (without sucrose..table sugar) your body usually can only handle about 80 grams before it causes diarrhea issues..
