Avatar f tn It is normal for some women to loose weight. I lost weight with my first two kids. This time around i've lost 40 lbs and i'm 26 weeks along. My doctor says as long as i'm keeping liquids down thats the most important.

Losing weight in a healthy way is important for maintaining the glow of your skin. Eat lots of fruits, dark green leafy vegetables, fruits and consume less of potato, sweetened and processed foods. Start your day by drinking lemon juice in warm water. Have fruits with lots of vitamin C in breakfast that will help you cut fats as vitamin C is a fat burner.

Avatar f tn I can eat and eat and still eat. And I really dont want to gain alot of weight..I am over wight and shouldnt be gaining much weight. I gain 17 kg in few month for 3 years ago and still havent lost that. I am planning to lose wight after the baby(in a healty way)..but thats why I dont want to gain much now. Any tips of what kind of food I should stay away from now? Or another healty alteretiv? And I am soon 19 weeks.

Avatar m tn When I was going to college, I took a workout class that was actually ROTCs pt class. The group encouragement was amazing!! Try looking into group classes offered by your gym or get a friend with similar goals. The buddy system is such a motivatior. Good luck!

Avatar f tn Its good you've set a goal and are looking to find out how to achieve it! However losing 15 pounds in a month is unrealistic and unhealthy. Did you know it takes about a year for your body to adjust to losing 10 pounds? It's important to remember weight loss is a marathon and not a sprint. In order to lose weight and keep it off, you shouldn't look at it as weight loss but a way to become healthier!

Avatar f tn They should be able to set and appropriate goal weight for you, and give you some tips on losing some weight. Never try starving yourself or making yourself throw up. You are wonderfully made. Keep going. You can do it.
Avatar f tn Use a smaller plate/dish Don't cut everything out, but anything you crave, such as chocolate, use as a treat say once a week e.g. Friday night is chocolate night! Don't bother with low fat stuff. I've gone back to butter, full fat yoghurt, cheese etc.

4347786 tn?1357713425 A LOT of women lose weight in their pregnancy from morning sickness, at this stage your baby is getting plenty of nutrients anyway. Try eating a little here and there, fruits, apples especially, ginger ale and water really went down well for me with my first pregnancy. Make sure you're taking prenatal vitamins so your body is well nourished whether you're eating much or not, and try to stay hydrated, that's most important. I hope you feel better!

Avatar f tn I didn't start gaining until my teen weeks, even then it was incredibly slow. I was so eager to put on the weight lol, but now at 25 weeks I'm a few pounds ahead and need to try to maintain. There are some women, especially if they're over weight that will continue to maintain their pre pregnancy weight well into their pregnancy. I don't think JTS until your second trimester that doctors will be concerned if there's no weight gain.

My pre-pregnant weight was 243 and now I am at 213...My stomach isn't losing weight its growing with the baby, but I'm losing weight ever where else. Is this normal or even safe. Stressed because I am getting married in August and I am unemployed searching for a job. Avatar f tn I cannot exercise a whole lot do to a medical condition where I suffer from daily headaches and pressure in my head. Losing weight will actually help this condition. Besides my overall health, this is why it is so important that I lose weight. I have lost weight in the past, but always seem to gain it back. I think that I was not eating enough calories. i was staying at about 1000 a day. I lost 70 pounds, but gained it all back plus a lot more.
Avatar n tn Well first let me say im no expert here ...but i see a few things. 1. you're doing wieght training so you're likely adding muscle while burning fat..muscle weighs more than fat so i would suggest you ignore the scale for a bit. 2. you might try doing weigth training only 2 or 3 days a week to stay toned and add a bit to the cardio.. 3.you may not be eating enough ..
