Only thing is I like hot tea only when it is cold outside, which thankfully it has been for a long time this winter. My big problem is gonna be giving up whole milk, I drink at least 3 big glasses a day, I can't stand anything but whole. And coffee cream, I have to have Coffee-mate, the other ones just don't taste good to me.

Dog Green tea is said to boost fat burn; it's never done anything for me, but maybe I didn't drink enough. I don't think the brand matters.

It doesn't seem possible to gain weight with what you're eating, unless you have a thyroid condition or some other disorder such as Type II diabetes, which can complicate matters. As for exercise, get in what you can. Take the stairs, park far away and walk to the store, school, etc. Or call up a friend and take a stroll around the neighborhood. You don't have to kill yourself to get a decent amount of exercise. If you can exercise, by all means, do.

Avatar f tn Please don't go crazy about weight loss..and drinking only tea for breakfast is extremely unhealthy! Your body is super hungry after a whole night fast...n then when you give it tea (anything acidic) it feels you're starving and starts storing fat..fat is like cotton,more volume and less weight! so you might see weight loss,but not much inch loss.just have a healthy breakfast,a fruit as snack after about 2 hours,lunch and another snack after 2 hours and keep it light for dinner...

For about 2 weeks starting a month ago I also took cinnamon tablets and for a week I took holy basil tablets. About 6 weeks ago I noticed my pants felt loose and a friend told me I looked thinner. I cut out the whole health thing and for the past few weeks I'm trying to eat anything to put weight back on.

Stop drinking softdrinks cuz it gives u acid in ur stomach that makes bigger. and always drink water. and dont skip meals. just drink 2 or 3 glasses of water before every meal. and always eat veggies and fruits and even fish too. and green tea also helps u to lose weight. and exersice daily. and dont stress too. cuz stress also gain weights too. and for exercise.. make 2 or 3 set of exersices.
