Avatar f tn I do feel losing 15 kg in 3 months is unrealistic if you plan to do this healthily. I've lost 15 kg but it has taken me 12 months. However, it hasn't been an onerous task, whereas diets I've done in the past have been. This time, I changed my life style as well as my eating habits. I haven't cut out chocolate altogether, and I cut it down gradually (which is why it's taken 12 months). I found that the craving for it dissolved over time, and now I rarely eat it.

Cuz it's not healthy for me to stay in this weight while I'll gain 12kg more while pregnancy. Nothing hard or hurtful, walking is hard here since I'm in saudi Arabia and the heat reach 40c. I'm looking for healthy diet that won't hurt the baby if I do it.

I only use ones from the library because they are free and if I don't like it I can bring it back. There are some just for your mid section. Look for Core or Ab workouts. If you Google stomach exercises they will pop up everywhere. I also believe that it sometimes depends on what type of food you eat.

Do not be discouraged, weight loss can be a slow process but the slower you loss, the higher chance it will stay off. Think of this new way of eating as your new healthy lifestyle and not as a diet. She doesnt exercise much a part from walking the dog but she eats super healthy. Its all about how much you consume and what you are consuming. I started the same healthy eating as she did and have so far lost 3kgs. My current weight is 74 and I want to be 68. For breakfast I have oats or boiled egg, lunch I have a protein and salad and dinner I have a protein and veggies.
Avatar n tn If you've doing these things already for awhile, then no, it won't suddenly start making you lose weight. If you just started doing this, then it might. If you were completely sedentary your whole life and you're young, starting any exercise program and eating better should start showing some results quickly.

Avatar f tn So I had an ultrasound today again, I'm about 11 weeks. In the last month I've lost about 8 lbs. I was a little bigger before my pregnancy. I haven't been vomiting or anything but I've been losing weight. The baby's heart beat and everything was normal. Have any of you other ladies lost weight during pregnancy without throwing up? You have to make sure you're eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of exercise (do not exercise until your doctor says it's okay); however, walking is always good.

Avatar f tn I hate some of these doctors. I lost 15 lbs and u am now 24 wka preggo and weight loss and pregnancy runs in my fam. Once ur not starving yourself etc don't worry. My baby has the weight and i don't. Doctors talk about bmi etc. i hate that crap, no " weight" chart can possibly tell me i am under weight or over weight. My sister had a 3 month looking belly at 9 months and baby weighed 7 lbs. If u listen to everything these american doc say then u will go nuts.
Avatar n tn ll find will make a big differance it will be hard but once you get used to it it will be easy, as far as excersice goes go to a pool you can join the y or gym the water will be easier on your body and you can get a good workut without feeling the burn! walking in small incriments would help say instead of walking for 30min you walk for 5 min 5 or 6 times a day you wont even know your working out and it will help with your metablism. have you ever heard of a colonic?
