Unfortunately, pain related to the heart
is not easily differentiated from chest pain or
discomfort from respiratory, esophogeal, or
the chest's skeletal configuration.
Even if the pain does not return tha would not indicate there is no heart problem. The cause could be the heart muscle from viral infection, medication, etc. or it could be a spasm of the coronary artery that temporarily shut off circulation of oxygenated blood, etc. Worst case scenario. You should get an evaluation.
