If she loves fruit and vegetables then suggest she gets them regardless if her brothers do not like them. At 3 years old she seems to wants to eat healthy, which is a good. You can show her how to eat healthy by being the role model not her brothers. If you do not have too much money, suggest buying only foods that are healthy and not 'junk' food.

Personally I go for oatmeal with soy milk, blueberries and almond meal. Lots of fiber, good fats, protein and enough fuel to start my day. For lunch, because you're a teen and therefore you have school - it might be a good idea to bring your own.
