Avatar f tn With my first, I never had any morning sickness, or heartburn or anything. but this pregnancy has come with a vengeance. I have morning sickness, ALL DAY LONG. and its so hard because my firstborn is almost two, so I have to chase her around all day, while I'm feeling the way I do. This is so hard. has anyone else had this problem? and if so, does it have anything to do with the sex of the baby? Like, I've heard that if pregnancies are different, that they are different genders..

Avatar n tn That doesnt sound fun at all here are some tips that i used Eat something high in protein before going to bed. Helps your blood sugar stay more level. Two crackers before your head leaves the pillow is old but wise advice. Have sips of ice water as the urge to purge strikes. Many women say that this helps them keep meals down as well. Flat SpriteĀ® is supposedly great at keeping the stomach from churning. Avoid foods and smells that seem to trigger nausea.
Avatar f tn Im now 14weeks and 4 days my morning sickness has gotten worse ive vomited omost every day this week usually in am and the rest of the day i can eat and drink with no problems acouple days i was vomiting at night any one else having this problem

I am an exercise freak and obsessed with fitness and haven't had a single symptom, I am 7wks4days and don't feel a thing. I also heard that watermelon works too with morning sickness. Just be sure that you are taking your prenatals regularly.

Avatar f tn I had terrible morning sickness from weeks 8-34 and every morning (still laying in bed) I would snack on a few cinnamon Graham's and sip Gatorade (you have to sip otherwise it will hit all at once and cause you to vomit) this helped me SO much and I'd also keep a few Graham's in my purse alone with some saltines to snack on during the day so I could hold down my lunch

Avatar f tn I stop around 13 weeks and I'm currently 19 weeks and haven't had morning sickness but I have gotten nauseous feeling from time to time but haven't thrown up since I made 13wks. But everyone is different so don't get to worry. Unless you doctor says it's a issue.
Avatar f tn Usually morning sickness goes away by the end of the first trimester. I am still dealing with sickness every day and im currently almost 31 weeks pregnant. My doctor sais it's not common to have it all throughout the pregnancy bit there is a small percentage of people who do. And it looks like I'm one of them. Keep strong, and know that it usually does go away.

5501743 tn?1390296087 And you may need to snack as you get further along or with morning sickness. I was 220 pre pregnancy and I'm 40+3 now and weigh 246. Some women loose wright though with morning sickness or when you start eating better and exercising so either is normal and your doctor can tell you if something is indeed wrong. And as for exercise about 30 minutes of walking a day is recommended. I love swimming though! It's help me with my weight sooo much this pregnancy :) Good luck with everything!

It took me forever, but I listened to my body and found foods that were healthy and I guess, soothing. After I started getting up and sitting down to a small, healthy breakfast (an orange, yogurt, milk and sometimes oatmeal) it boosted my energy and food in your tummy settles it when you have morning sickness.

Avatar f tn I found toast and plainish pasta was my diet for those few weeks! If u cant keep anything down ask your doctor to prescribe some anti sickness tablets. Good luck!
